No matter who or where you are we have support or links to support to other support groups, charities etc., whom you can contact if you are experiencing difficulties.  All messages direct to me are treated in a totally confidential matter as always, being a counsellor I always uphold the first rule of counselling and that is Confidentiality any private messages will remain totally private and confidential, you are however; able to share your stories or comments on the public forum and we ask that you do not include very personal information such as address, phone numbers, banking details or any other form of confidential information about yourself on an open forum as it can be accessed by the public and used in a detrimental manner.
