Does anyone know how I can kick Asda right in the pants for physically assaulting me and denying me service in July of last year? I am exempt from wearing a face covering because of PTSD. The Police gave me a crime number but nothing ever came of it. Perhaps they are unaware of the Equality Act 2010.
I went through Asda’s own complaints process which was a waste of time. Also, I have tried dozens of times to engage Solicitors but they have always came out with excuses that they had no one available “because of the Covid”.
Because I have had no advocacy, and because Asda have effectively hindered any settlement before court, all I could to do was send a pre-letter for claim under the Equality Act 2010, by email to Asda’s legal department. However, last week they said I am time barred although they did say I could ask Solicitors to petition a Judge to still hear my case.
I don’t know how to do any of this, and the stress of it all is not helping. But can anyone advise me, or tell me of any Solicitors who might be specialised in this type of thing? Thanks in advance.
