1.  Question: Now that we are leaving the EU and Brexit is being finalised, do I still have any Human Rights?

      Answer:  The simple answer to this is YES indeed you do have rights and it is even more important that during this Covid 19 that you use your human rights to protect yourself.  Many people feared that by leaving the EU we would lose our European Human Rights and that also included the Government who thought we had also.

2.  Question:  What Human Rights do we have?

      Answer:  We as a country are a member of the United Nations which comprises of  195 sovereign countries. 193 of these countries are members of the United Nations , and two - the Holy See and the State of Palestine - are simply observer states.  The United Nations Humans Right Act 2005 (UNESCO Bioethics & Human Rights) applies to each and every one of us who lives in the countries that are in the United Nations.  These 'Laws' have to be written into the laws of each country who is a member of the U.N.  These supersede any Acts, Bills etc. made by the member countries..

3. Question:  Can I be discriminated against?

     Answer:  NO - You cannot be discriminated against for any reason whatsoever.  Each and every one of us must be treated identically, regardless of colour, creed, gender etc/, and the Equality Act 2010 offers us just that
